WT Microelectronics revenue 167.2 billion! How is WT Microelectronics doing in 2023?

Recently, WT Microelectronics announced the latest quarterly financial results. Benefiting from favorable customer demand expectations, Wenye's revenue in the third quarter was NT $167.26 billion, an increase of 42% quarter-on-quarter, an increase of 7% year on year, gross profit margin of 3.03%, a decrease of 0.55 percentage points quarter on quarter, a decrease of 0.16 percentage points year on year, revenue rate of 1.35%, a decrease of 0.39 percentage points quarter on year, a decrease of 0.53 percentage points year on year. Net profit after tax was NT $1.28 billion, up 33% quarter-on-quarter and down 38% year-over-year. Subdivided into applications, WT Microelectronics was still dominated by mobile phones in the third quarter, accounting for 28.8% of revenue, data centers and servers surged to 23.7%, communications also accounted for 12.4%, industrial and instruments 8.6%, automotive electronics 7.1%, consumer and other 9.7%, and personal computers and perimeters 9.7%. What is the difference between PCB sink gold and PCB gold plating?

1.  PCB board surface treatment   PCB board surface treatment processes include: anti-oxidation, spray tin, lead-free spray tin, sink gold, sink tin, sink silver, hard gold plating, full-board gold plating, gold finger, nickel-palladium-gold OSP, etc.. Requirements are mainly: lower cost, good solderability, harsh storage conditions, short time, environmentally friendly processes, good welding, flat . Tin spraying: Tin spraying boards are generally multi-layer (4-46 layers) high precision PCB prototype boards, which have been used by many large domestic communication, computer, medical equipment and aerospace companies and research units.   The connecting finger is the component on the memory stick that connects to the memory slot, and all signals are transmitted through the gold finger. Gold fingers are composed of numerous gold-colored conductive contacts, which are called "gold fingers" because of their gold-plated surface and the finger-like arrangement of the conductive

What are the spacing requirements for PCB designing?

PCB engineers in doing PCB design, often encounter a variety of safety spacing problems, usually these spacing requirements are divided into two categories, one is the electrical safety spacing, the other is: non-electrical safety spacing. So, what are the spacing requirements for designing PCB circuit boards?   First, the electrical safety spacing   1 the spacing between the wires: the minimum line spacing, also line-to-line, line-to-pad spacing shall not be less than 4 MIL. from the production point of view, the greater the better, of course, when available. The general routine 10MIL is more common.   2 pad aperture and pad width: according to PCB manufacturers, pad aperture if the mechanical drilling method, the minimum shall not be less than 0.2mm; if the laser drilling method, the minimum shall not be less than 4mil. and aperture tolerance according to different plates slightly different, generally can be controlled within 0.05mm; pad width of the minimum shall not be less than 0.

How Do You Package A PCB? Explained

In order to ensure the quality of PCBA, PCBA transportation and storage should also strictly comply with the operating specifications.       1 .  Anti-static   Do a good job of PCBA anti-static measures, the use of appropriate containers, tools, etc.   2 .  Use suitable transportation tools   Tools should ensure good, such as wheels, frames, etc.; abnormal should be reported in time to repair, prohibit the use of "with injury", so as to avoid the transport of semi-finished products fall, extrusion and other situations.   3 .  Check the common tools   Transport tools, storage tools, and workstations such as storage before the operation to do a good job of cleaning, do not allow debris, slag, etc.. Avoid damage to the PCBA caused by mutual friction.   4 .  Marking important information   Transportation, and storage of PCBA containers, and tools should be well marked on the car, record product-related information, to avoid misplacement, mixing, etc.   5 .  Stacking requirements
